Worth Posting a 3rd time.....
This guy, Moscato, is a genius.....amazing that he can convince these three guys ( Lawrence Salvo, Stephen L. Berkman and B-H Sanford, LLC)....to enter into a stock control agreement....and in the process, acquire 33,000,00 shares to sell at any time before Dec. 2019....to pay for R and D, and M and A's, and salaries and other stuff....and the beautiful thing about this, it is doable.....you have 33,000,000 shares that can be exercise able within the year to generate millions and millions of dollars (at $ 2.50/ share) to keep the company afloat for many years to come....to make THEM and US richer than ever b4....even people that bought at 25. $ will more than double their investment in a very short time....even old timers like me, after suffering a 1000:1 reverse split, can now believe in the power of speculative stock picking.....
I tip my hat to this, Moscato, ....I used to read him at the digitalboard b4 he was CEO....and I more than liked his talk....but now I think he is Trumpian.....he can make the impossible possible...
p.s. on top of that these three guys believe in this Moscato so much that they have made him attorney in charge to dispose of such shares at his discretion whenever needed...."....each of the named stockholders has agreed to name Mr. Moscato as proxy in connection with the voting of any of these shares during the term of the Stock Control Agreement. The term of the Stock Control Agreement will terminate on December 1, 2019."
