DDawg, Just my opinion. The share reduction has to occur prior to becoming Hexagon because Hexagon has an A/S of 4 billion and On4’s current O/S is 4.5 billion. Need the share reduction to get the O/S under 4 billion (the 1.4 billon O/S reduction will provide this).
The share reduction can occur while On4 is a Delaware Corp or as On4 Colorado. My guess is we get the share reduction now while we wait for FINRA to give Hexagon a symbol so mergers can be done to become Hexagon Holdings.
IMO I think we are finally setup to become Hexagon Holdings. I won’t say this week, or next week, or even soon. Just saying I think everything needed to become Hexagon is in motion.
