That is puzzling...I did a search & only found 2 iflub posts from 2017...they were wondering the same thing...
I didn't even know he incorporated On4 in CO. Evidently, the re-domicile, the merger & then dissolution of On4 is the best way to go. Thanks for bringing that up...I learned something new.
