To uplist to Nasdaq, companies have 4 options. One of these requires a minimum of $2 a share closing price for 10 days if combined with an X amount yearly revenue for last 2 years. And guess what, SC have it! Other options required $3 or $4....we will uplist, seatbelts on and I know what I own.
