TEANECK, N.J., Oct. 16, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Veratad Technologies, LLC, (Veratad), an innovative and industry-leading provider of comprehensive online tools to better know your customers and comply with federal regulations, announced today it has been selected by BlockSafe Technologies, Inc. (BlockSafe) to provide its identity verification and KYC/AML tools aimed at assisting BlockSafe with KYC and AML compliance efforts.
Blockchain cybersecurity company BlockSafe secures the blockchain ecosystem with a suite of solutions that protect against an array of cyber vulnerabilities. BlockSafe has launched the presale round of their SEC compliant security token offering and the BlockSafe ERC-20 security token (BSAFE™), is a revenue-generating security token in full compliance with SEC securities regulations.
In order to assist BlockSafe with the compliance requirements associated with their ICO, Veratad is making available its full suite of IDresponse cloud-based KYC verification services, including IDMatch+COMPLYSM, which performs an identity verification on each new prospective investor as well as a comprehensive check against databases for Sanctions and Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs). The use of Veratad’s solutions will form an important part of BlockSafe’s overall KYC and AML compliance strategy.
