Farm Bill importance. Please read past posts. Dilution does not equal scam. Traditional means of obtaining capital were not available because of the legal status of HEMP and CBD. Dilution became a necessary evil. Now that the Farm Bill has past, more traditional finance options are available. Michael Welch said RMHB would be a new company in 2019.
