Great discussion on IPO for NIO. All good points.
I would like to add that the underwriter for the IPO is also key to get the necessary interest from the big money and big pharma for the IPO. I believe Joe mentioned talking to JP Morgan at the recent conference.
Thomas Barnard mentioned some of the favorable points of Antigen Express compared to the other cancer vaccine companies. I am sure Joe and his team are very much aware of NIO strengths and how to market them.
I also believe the IPO should happen very soon like right after Feb 25.
This will allow NIO to use the funds raised to start hiring and conducting experiments and trials. This will also bring back much needed publicity into the work that NIO is doing.
