That’s interesting creek and goes along with actually what Joe said. He said as long as you own it by February 25 you get the dividend. So if the dividend payout is February 25 then as long as you own it by Friday, February 22 you should get the dividend. He did say it that way however I was thinking that you still had to abide by the trade date + 2.
