United Fight Alliance (UFA) Signs Broadcast Deal with Punch TV
Expanding UFA’s Reach to Over 100 Million Homes
Tampa, FL – January 15, 2013 – United Fight Alliance (UFA), a Sports, Media and Entertainment Company comprised of fight promotions across the country and abroad, announced today that they have signed a one year broadcast deal with Punch TV, expanding UFA’s reach to over 100 million homes. You can now watch your favorite UFA programming on Punch TV, including the popular MMA show Brawl Call featuring Emmy Award winning host Jordan ‘Jay’ Adams.
UFA executives feel the network is a perfect fit for their programming. Punch TV targets the new Urban American-Latinos, Asians, African Americans, Caucasians, and others who share a preference for edgy, non-mainstream programs.
Corinne Adams, Managing Director of United Fight Alliance stated, “We are extremely excited that UFA and Brawl Call have been added to the Punch TV Line-Up! The Punch TV Network was established for viewers that are intrigued by one-of-a-kind viewer content, especially when it comes to sports and entertainment programming. It is a perfect fit for us.”
Providing entertainment 24 hours a day, seven days a week, Punch TV has truly distinguished itself through its extraordinary programming strategy. Through more than 34 affiliates, as well as a contract for direct to homes broadcasting, Punch TV has acquired partners in major markets such as Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles and many other key cities.
Adams has this to add, “Between Punch TV, ROOT Sports/DirecTV, Tuff TV, and KOTR we logged 93 hours of air time in December and we are scheduled for 94 hours of air time in January. The fight promotions and athletes that we work with through UFA and on Brawl Call are thrilled with the amount of air time they are getting. We are always looking for ways to help promotions in our alliance stay ahead of the game and through the networks that we work with we are able to do just that!”
