I have never witnessed a RS done for the purpose of uplisting. I have seen several RS done to stay listed, and I agree it usually doesn't work out for whatever the reasons. Have you seen a RS done for the purpose of uplisting? If so, did that company have similar partnerships with multibillion dollar companies? Was their product first in a market? Did they have any patents? Did they offer multiple products that could each spin off on their own? Did they have a high caliber BOA like FUSZ?
FUSZ has more potential than some can realize. It is literally like not being able to see the forest for the trees. Sometimes we need to step back a bit to see the whole picture.
