There is only an unsupported claim in MMEX's Jan. 14 shart-holder letter, suggesting the geotechnical work is complete - no evidence was provided, and like all other claims made by MMEX, without evidence, they are either misleading, or outright lies.
There are no published results of said study, and no direct evidence the work has been completed. So like all things MMEX-scam, this claim must be taken for what it is worth - zero.
It is odd that you seem to be reading an imaginary "letter" containing a "lot of info" since no results have been made public.
