hmmm .. SMB confirmation .. 
paraphrasing ..
*the fact that he (founder) hasn't sold his PTOI shares*
if one chooses to .. founder is easily sourced and
anyone can confirm via the K filed in 2018 ..
that the founder overlaps (at least up thru that K being filed) with P2O
what can't be argued is the *volume* reduction of PTOI since 2013 - 2018 .. 36M to 13M
as noted on another SMB here on ihang re: *spewing* .. *analytics capacity of a paint chip*
most OTC targets do not outlast .. *most* can understand that the relentless compression/stalling of an OTC targets' *stock* would have an impact on said
targets' ability to execute
i'll take the 2 bios of the BoD .. and their respective business acumen over *spewing* by anonymous SMB entities
and the CEO .. while not communicating in a manner worthy of a pubco imo ..
has built a company *some* actually have to acknowledge
there is no doubt hind sight is 20/20 .. and with it .. one could ask the founder if he would have had P2O ever come public in advance of *flagship*
some actual P2O investors *have* asked and know the answer .. but that point
at this point in time is moot
P2O (the company) .. has always had options ..
P2O has an enviable share structure (which also allows for *options*)
Sector is in its ascension (just one reason why NR and *crews* have taken root)
for all the spewing .. find any equity .. regardless of where traded that is guaranteed
there are none .. one can whine 24/7 .. but it doesn't alter the facts re: P2O/PTOI
and only mgmt and the BoD have a clue what is being worked on .. or is en route
(or not)
lastly
volume is always the key .. if/when P2O founder sells out (regardless of PPS)
PTOI will see *volume* .. because it won't just be the founder in the *volume* mix
