The Company intends to provide MTM Services to patients in the home for their comfort and convenience rather than render the lengthy medication review on site where the patient must come to our facilities. Mr. Hennig will have the ability to bill for the service under Medicare and Medicaid with private insurance providing coverage as we further enhance this service.
James Hennig, R.Ph, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors commented, "We are very pleased with obtaining certification to provide MTM Services and further enhance patient medication compliance at home with the intent to decrease re-hospitalizations due to medication errors while providing medical therapies at home."
