ts2332 - Just to clarify, HEMP Inc is in fact "listed" on the OTC. Their stock trades under OTC Pinks. You may be referring to the "Stop" and "Dark or Defunct" status on the OTC Markets website. That status is a result of Hemp Inc not filing financial disclosures with the SEC or the OTC. However, Hemp Inc has in fact disclosed there financials via their website.

I do not have any updates regarding the legal suite.

All this being said, with hemp now legal, I am hopeful that Hemp Inc will move back to filling via the SEC and will consider an up listing via a buy back.

In the meantime, I know they are working hard building an infrastructure of acreage for planting and facilities for processing. They continue to strengthen their position in the industry.
