Trading Summary - January 14.
566M traded today - mostly at .0002 and .0003 after many panicked or were influenced by bashers on iHub following the announcement of a 2000: 1 reverse split in the FINRA Daily List today.
Being allowed a complete further day of trading today was a huge bonus for those experienced in trading successfully through a reverse split as it allowed shares at the bottom 2 price points to be loaded for trading from the bottom up once the replacement EVSVD shares are delivered to brokers - typically between 2-5 days for E*Trade but can take up to 14 days depending on the Transfer Agent.
I will let everyone know when E*Trade allows electronic trading of the replacements for legacy shares.
It will be interesting to see whether MMs set the opening price at the .0002 or .0003 equivalent - .4000 or .6000. In either event, there will now be many more worthwhile profit points available other than the 50% or nothing for .0002 to .0003 and far fewer people stacking the ask at the equivalents of .0007 and .0008 (as some sold for a loss).
Of course, it should be possible to buy additional "new" EVSVD shares from tomorrow - depending on your broker. This will allow profitable trading in the unlikely event that the par price is not set above .4000.
At the end of the day, it's the same company with a cash flow positive pest control business, is already starting to diversify into other areas of DoD infrastructure support services, and also has plans to enter the hemp growing sector to get quick cash to grow the core business.
Being defeatist and not adapting to changing market conditions - as appears to be the situation with a few "no name" posters on amateur forums like iHub - helps nobody. Several there were deliberately attempting to dupe people to sell their shares at .0002 so they could load them and were also encouraging others to put .0002s up at .0003 - to get more people to sell at .0002. I will consider submitting a SEC report on the individuals involved if I see them continuing to trade EVSVD when they encouraged others not to do so.
For anyone that is interested, I have already laid out my proven successful strategy for trading through a r/s in an earlier post today. No guarantees of course but it's the plan I've adopted as it proved successful on OTTV and GTEH in 2018 and on CRTC in 2017 to name just a few.
