reason i highlighted this is because a MM on bid showed a size
that looked to be for wash trading IPIX for *volume* (and imo almost
always done to dilute DRS %s) .. and when NR *UCs* (undercuts)
on the ask .. watching 5th spot can be revealing .. quote above was
when NR took 5th spot on ask to 14c from 16c

currently .. decoy @ best on ask .. and 5th spot on ask
