I think the company is worth MANY TIMES $1 BILLION.
My fantasy is that Cisco prepares a buyout offer at $2 but the pps closes at $2.75 without anyone knowing about the offer except high level Cisco.
The following morning, Cisco makes their offer public without checking the previous days closing price.
Soon afterwards another company that has been watching us closely rounds the $2.75 to $3 and doubles that in their offer of $6 per share, and other companies jump in and offer $8, $10.
Then Cisco realizes their blunder and to save face announces they had a typo in their offer and that it was supposed to be $12 instead of $2.
And... the bidding war continues even more.
