It's much different for large companies, and RMHB will be one of those soon enough. A good analogy would be like a state highway dept. plow truck and a go cart hitting the same snow drift. The big guy moves right through it, the little guy has some digging to do.
A big company can much more easily absorb sudden cost/availability challenges. Especially temporary challenges. The small company usually will have to take other steps to deal with it. Great thing is, all parties involved in this venture want to get it moving as quickly as possible. As a result, that delay due to aluminum shortage will be way shorter than what they originally were facing.
