Not necessarily a right to buy at a reduced price

Not necessarily a right to buy at a reduced price from the spin off. Maybe a right to buy a couple of shares in the next year at the current price, hoping the price is higher in the future. Or it may be at a reduced price to get immediate funding into AE. We will have to wait and see.
