I would imagine they would want to be on a major exchange. Remember he is looking at existing shells. I am not knowledgeable enough to speculate on where those companies currently trade.
A one for one would be incredibly generous but maybe too much so. I would think the ratio would be less .
The rights to buy more is the real interesting concept. Truly your money is a direct investment in the company I would think.
