I plan to speak with NYC ad guy later today. I want to know how long it takes from signature to finished ads. Cost? Any questions you want me to ask?

This guy is keen on NDAs. He has had ads run in previous SBs and wouldn't say a word. Maybe a bottle of good bourbon will help. Any questions; thoughts; ideas?
