We can look at the humble revenue beginnings of our competitors (whom we are currently in court with) and see where the revenue and value went from there. Now factor in this may be only the tip of the iceberg of potential infringers. Now if a case goes in our favor theoretically we play catch up and bring revenue back from start of infringement to now and then sort out the future. Or do we just walk away for the right buyout offer? We are contemplating large numbers here IMHO at any rate.
