Welcome back! Your updates will add significant anticipation and excitement to this coming week!!! I had forgotten about the importance of the 1/15/19 date, as being a deadline for response to the Notice of Oral Hearing! Any response could indeed foretell of upcoming activity/events regarding our lawsuits!
As you mentioned, recent USPTO guidance as well as guidance on FC court rulings appear to assure us of an anticipated and decisive victory against SA! We will also be on the lookout for any response from Cisco/DUO & Thoma Bravo/ Centrify regarding their intentions of possible early settlement!
We are so very close to events which will greatly impact the future of SFOR, and it's shareholders (US!!!)
