This speaks volumes to me. Why would a company hold an Annual Shareholder Meeting if they believed there would be nothing to share with us. Additionally, note where that meeting is being held. Las Vegas, Nevada. ZZYX Entertainment is located in Las Vegas. I might be reading into things with this statement in the release, but I can't imagine that the company would hold a shareholder meeting, in the location of their newly announced partner of future events, if they didn't expect to have and present anything of value for shareholders.

After various filings were completed and the Yield Sign coming off on OTC Markets, I have no reason to believe that the company isn't moving forward to become a fully reporting company. The next step, as I look forward, would be to attain an uplisting to a higher exchange sometime in the future.

Simply stated, it looks like the company wants to close on current opportunities. They obviously have something in the works to accelerate the development of recurring revenue for the company in 2013. I would, once again, suggest to those that tend to do almost zero DD on your own, to go read the information available on the ZZYX website and on the MPIX website to get an idea of what might be in store. 4-5 days for execute and deliver the New Beginnings concert by ZZYX, this was the blueprint or model. I can only imagine what might happen should ZZYX have 60 or 90 days to prepare for an event. I've heard from a few individuals within the music industries. All told me that they still can't believe that ZZYX pulled off that event in a timeframe of just a few days, especially with the artists that performed. This has a lot to do with the history and connections of Rick Garson.
