On Jan 9 and Jan 11 alone, 110M were secured at .0004 by mostly the top traders of $IJJP and 298M total since the last run past .0005.
You will notice when the .0005s are next up there will be only a small fraction of that on the ask as the shares bought at the bottom few prices have to last for all the runs to .0010+ coming in 2019 as reloads as low as .0004 will not be assured or indeed likely.
