There is a big positive in the delay:
IMO all the selling has been people who bought shares at .0022 or under and ran out of patience and banked a profit - nothing wrong with banking a profit - extremely short sighted in UNVC - however a profit is a profit.
The people buying these shares are people who understand the potential and are not going to sell the moment the price starts to move and run and are going to hold for bigger gains i.e. the amount of tradable shares that will be available will be very small and this will help the initial run.
All "insiders" and people involved in any of the companies connected to UNVC have been given more time to buy shares as well as tell all "their family and friends" and since there are no filings, insiders do not have to file that they are accumulating. Also this is now all part of the 2019 tax year and we do not have to pay "Uncle Sam" for the whole of 2019 and can use his money !!
To me, this results in a "very small" actual tradable float and that is why the Initial Run can be "epic" and we can see .20 to .30 as Cannabis and Hemp are "the hot sector" and shares will be very difficult to buy especially in big blocks since the insiders and this group understand where UNVC is heading !!
I am new "to the party" and my average is .0032 on 5 mil shares and I probably have one of the smallest amount of shares in this group (not so small in dollars at .0032 average !!)
The power of the Initial Run will depend of the size of the "gap up" and all those waiting for news to buy are going to extremely "mad at themselves" when the price opens at .03 to .05 whereas shares are still available today at .0032 and under on the Ask.
All my own opinion - the actual tradable float must be very small !!
