Trump is saying he will use the funds he held back from the Puerto Rico Disaster where thousands died in the aftermath from no electric grid, medical needs, clean water ect.
He murdered Americans in Puerto Rico and is RESONSIBLE
for killing at least two children at the border.
What makes people think this piece of fecal matter cares if now hundreds of thousands suffer, not to mention the contractors.
