Correct. Finally someone mentioned.we are not doing an IPO. We are not a private company. Going public so no IPO its a secondary offering. Govt shutfiwn is effecting IPOS from the news today. I believe on no news when we hit .40 doing a 5-1 RS and uplist. AWESOME!!!!!
