"Logistics to municipalities"??? Another nebulous statement. At the time, this seemed like the 6th leg. So, which leg is this provision of logistics? What logistics? For what? For who? More importantly is WHO PAYS us to provide the logistics? Lack of a PR is not good if the lack of a PR is due to the lack of anything to PR. I recall some posters saying the timing for giftcardexchange "around the Holidays" was perfect. Are many gift cards exchanged on Memorial Day?? Timely due dates are NOT Steve's strong suit.
