GM Sheepwolf - where can I read about how to set a price "gap up" on etrade?
I thought the lowest ASK price is what automatically shows in the ASK, so how does a person set vthe ASK several ticks above a lower ask price - does it have to be coordinated by the group holding the most shares? (this explanation doesn't sound likely)
