Esperite N.V. (Euronext: ESP, "Esperite" or "the Group") announces that today a 24 th Tranche of EUR 230,000 is issued as a private placement of 23 convertible notes (the "Notes") with a principal amount of EUR 10,000 each, with 778,195 share subscription warrants attached (the "Warrants"), under the financing agreement of up to EUR 13.0 million signed between the Group and the European Select Growth Opportunities Fund on 8 March 2017 (the "Agreement"). Prior to the issuance of the 24 th Tranche, EUR 8,170,000 of Notes out of the total commitment of EUR 9 million under the Agreement have been issued to the Investor and EUR 247,500 share subscription warrants have been exercised by the Investor. The Notes and the Warrants shall have the same characteristics as those described in the Group's press release dated 8 March 2017.
