In my previous post, an Arizona rancher is 2 1/2 HRS from the nearest BP station.
He calls to alert them of drug smugglers but it takes them too long to get there. Those smugglers are long gone.
$8BILLION was awarded to Boeing and they built 28 miles of towers at a cost of $1BILLION! Now that is insane. The towers won't keep anyone out and there are not enough BP agents to cover the vast empty miles of Arizona desert. BP agents ended up using helicopters but that proved to be too expensive.
