This update should build some support for the company.  Pinksheet stocks tend to trade on emotions and when folks start creating doubts of r/s and a/s increases investors want out of the stock.  The guaranteed 2 years of no such changes to the share structure, in addition no new convertible shares (convertible to common stock) to affect the share structure.

The building relocation represents growth in the company.  The new building will be more professional and capable of housing the needs of an upstart TA and Brokerage Business.  I have to suspect we hear an update soon regarding the acquisition of a Brokerage Firm as I would anticipate this happening before the move or near the time of the move, IMO.  I think the move is necessary due to the expected acquisition of a brokerage firm.
