Please go to the U.S. Courts. Gov site. Pull up #6 & #7 on the "Life of an Appeal" flow chart (at the bottom). You know the law better than most of us on this MB. What do you make of this possibility in regards to the SFOR vs. SA case? Thanks for explaining it (in layman's terms) to a confused non-lawyer like myself!
