did a scan of my files .. to see when decoy OTCX first graced IPIX

(any Market Manipulator/MM/ECN can be *hired* for *show* .. but only those who actually do the activity can *report* it to Finra)

here's IPIX's MM MONTHLY for FEB 2018 ..

OCTX is MIA (reporting) even tho' they *showed* on l2 for the back half of the month
(to check total decoy status of OTCX .. i'd have review hundreds of screenshots .. but decoys have patterns all their own which can be viewed below)

that piqued my curiosity as to when in 2018 OTCX first *reported* ..

reminder (for years now) there are only 3 MMs that matter re: IPIX *trading* .. CDEL/ETRF/NITE

and the answer was March 2018 .. coming in 6th out of 11 MMs/ECNs *reporting*
with 72,565 shares or 1.78%

as a comparison .. the PRIMARY/SECONDARY/TERTIARY *reported* 3,162,755 out of a total (monthly) volume of 4,078,577 shares (or 77.54% )

(even tho' PPS relentlessly compressed) .. on 9.12.18 (K filed ah's on 9.11.18) *volume* imo became *bizarre* .. suspect it pertained to info contained within the K that forced NR to *move their bar* .. thx to the IPIX investor who pointed out the term sheet info noted within the K ..

but again to show the *oddities* of IPIX's volume for 2018 ..
