IMO, need licenses first to establish SIGO as a "going concern," then we have company with a true, legit business model to report financials of. What's the point of committing to financials, and then licenses don't get approved? That just blows up the financials = waste of money for the financial services.
Also, if that large block of shares came from a true SIGO shareholder, I think their selling is being triggered not by what SIGO is not doing, but more by what other MJ stocks are doing lately (rising).
I don't think an insider was selling. If insiders were selling, a whole lot more stock would have been sold. Only about half that large 46K chunk got sold, anyway.
