SAN DIEGO , Jan. 09, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Results Based Outsourcing Inc. (RBOS) today announced that it has received approval for plans to change the corporate name toDriven, Inc.
The Company expects its previously announced forward stock split of 12.35 for 1 will be effective imminently since it was advised that all necessary approvals have been obtained. All share and per share amounts for the common stock have been retroactively restated in the Companys filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission to give effect to the split.
