How will Generex find the $30m due next week?
I think something really big is going to happen between now and the 15 th of Jan., the date a lot of money would be funneled out of the coffers of generex...I am not sure if and how its going to happen.....but i feel something really dramatic is cooking in the kitchen....
we know the dates, we know the amounts are huge, but the ceo hinted at two new acquisitions that are being discussed and will be forthcoming...this is a quote from Joe, from the the Olaregen major announcement of the manufacturing deal:

"“The closing documents for Regentys are complete and in attorney review, and that closing should take place in the coming days, followed shortly thereafter by Olaregen. In addition, we will be announcing plans to add two new acquisitions to the NuGenerex family of companies that will add significant revenues to NuGenerex Distribution Solutions .”"
pay attention to the last sentence.....if Moscato is being honest like we think he is, he will not hint at something that will generate more revenue on top of the veneto deal revenues....so this is my analysis as to where the 15 million and more will be coming from:
1- A major closing on an acquisition or two that will impale veneto revenues by 2 or even 3 times...
2- A collaboration with a major pharma that will impale the Merck/keytruda phase II study.....which will shoot the share price beyond the 2.50 that will get Moscato to exercise the sale of 10's of millions of shares that are available in the coffers.....to pay for said acquisition debts....
3- A move up to NASDAQ for the spin out of NuGenerex Immuno-Oncology (NGIO) which will substantially increase the financing for the mother company.....
and the last one which i do not like or foresee.....
4- New IOUs for said transactions for Veneto, Regentys, Olaregen and the like....
