Democrats In Panic Mode After Ginsburg Misses Court For First Time EVER
Democrats are in total panic mode as Supreme Court justice Ruth Bader-Ginsburg has missed court for the first time in over 25 years, as Washington D.C.’s Fox news affiliate reports:
The Supreme Court says Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is missing arguments for the first time in more than 25 years as she recuperates from cancer surgery last month.
Court spokeswoman Kathy Arberg said Monday the 85-year-old Ginsburg is continuing to recuperate and work from home after doctors removed two cancerous growths from her left lung odn Dec. 21.
Ginsburg was discharged from a New York hospital on Christmas day.
Ginsburg had two earlier cancer surgeries in 1999 and 2009 that did not cause her to miss court sessions. She also has broken ribs on at least two occasions.
The New York Times has more on Ginsburg’s health and why Democrats are in panic mode:
According to the justice’s thoracic surgeon, Dr. Valerie W. Rusch, the nodules removed during surgery were found to be malignant, Ms. Arberg said at the time.
After the surgery, “there was no evidence of any remaining disease,” she said, adding: “Scans performed before surgery indicated no evidence of disease elsewhere in the body.”
Justice Ginsburg, 85, is the senior member of the court’s four-member liberal wing. She has repeatedly vowed to stay on the court as long as her health holds and she stays mentally sharp.
President Trump has appointed two new members to the Supreme Court, Justices Neil M. Gorsuch and Brett M. Kavanaugh, moving it considerably to the right.
Should he name Justice Ginsburg’s replacement, Republican appointees would outnumber Democratic ones six to three.
If I were a Democrat I’d be in panic mode as well.
Bad news for Democrats:
-Ruth Bader Ginsburg, 85
-Stephen Breyer, 79
The two oldest judges on the bench are radical liberals
With 6 more years of Trump he has a chance to replace more than half the court with strong constitutionalists
Keep the Senate, VOTE, get more justices

JUST IN: Justice Ginsburg will not be on the bench for oral arguments this morning. She had surgery for lung cancer on Dec. 21. Today is the first time she has missed arguments since joining #SCOTUS.
We should all work from home today in solidarity with Ruth Bader Ginsburg
