It's been a long time coming, Why has it taken so long? as has been discussed we are overcoming wide spread criminal activity, stealing the secret processes of our products , and selling against us , massively hamstringing efforts to grow
our company and sales.
With that knowledge we understand why growing the company, has been more difficult with extra challenges for SFOR. Being a penny stock creates credibility issues in selling to large enterprise companies.
SFOR still has a dark cloud over their heads, you have a low PPS and honestly potential sales clients look at your financial health and wonder why are they a penny stock? A penny stock is viewed like a company with a financial foot in the grave for most companies. Will they win the reversal etc? All this is making has made it difficult securing new business?
Its remarkable what we have accomplished with our channel partners sales-wise to date.
However, the huge monetary value is there for SFOR in its strong patents. Ropes and Grey and Blank Rome can clearly see it. Because they understand legally with the strength of the patents how they will be making millions upon millions if not billion to billions by means of SFORs patent. (Blank Rome got 4.5 mil for 1 settlement with MSFT.) Those legal firms have been patient for the huge payoffs they will receive.
So we need to be a patient for the same outcome our lawyers are looking forward to .
The Feb 4th court date is a long overdue milestone event. When we win, it will allow settlement damages and recurring criminally stolen revenues to be restored and flow to SFOR making them instantly rich. (Us too!)
It will also make new sales deals much easier to close being that the strength of our patent has been strengthened and requires compliance in the way of paying damages and paying future revenues legally.
WE are so close, and peeps can feel it.
Some however are shaking on their feeble knees and fearful over current revenues losing sight of the magnitude of this Feb 4th event as we close in at the final stretch to the finish line. Now less than a month away
We are talking about finally, Ropes and Grey is stepping into the batters box with Secure Auth laying down on their back with back of head on home plate , with no evidence to pitch to SFOR, so they are required to hold the ball with their hand , hitting TEE style with their hand, their only hope of winning the appeal is if Ropes and Grey misses the ball on their swing. (see picture below)
What is Ropes and Greys track record in the batting cage: Ropes and Grey has never hit anything less than a homerun with every swing in Appeals or Supreme court. (never lost a patent Infringement case)
I am not going to wet my pants in fear, sweating everyday , on the last strides, on the sprint to the finish line. The big three catalysts have always been , Lawsuit settlements, Sales, and Blocksafe.
Next up Reversal Feb 4th, unless we see a significant PR between now and then. Vey Possible.
