A RS is absolutely a negative (short term). Without other positive news there will be a "buying opportunity" in the near term after any RS.
I am holding through it in hopes they release some news other than what we already know.
It's most likely the driving factor why stock has stayed down where it is with all of the good things in the pipeline for nFusz. It's just time to swallow the bitter pill and work through it.
It won't be pretty IF we don't get other positive news. It could push the price back down below the minimum listing price again. We will most likely see a 20-1 RS at the minimum to ensure it stays where it needs to for uplisting.
