A 5 billion authorized share increase won’t even cover this company’s annual debt interest. These guys operate at such a massive net loss that these new shares might last two quarters. By that time the PPS should be resting comfortably at .0001. At that point we should finally see a massive R/S. However, if these guys manage to get a successful pump and dump before the shares run out we should see another A/S increase. It’s obvious at this point that this company is going to milk every last cent from the share structure before they have to rinse and repeat the scam.
These guys have to find a new angle now that legitimate MJ companies have entered the market. Judging from the CANX business model I’d say that these guys are currently out of ideas for a new swindle. Perhaps the reason why critical thinker Shearin is rubbing elbows in the crypto biz is to bring that knowledge back to Jacobs. Is Nipto-currency going to be the wave of the future?
They could tie the digital currency into the Nipton economy. It could be like Bitcoin meets Dave & Buster’s. They can give a nod to SunnComm and put a tech company in town that creates software that gets people high. Digital Weed!! The whole world is going to want to try Cannabyte by SunCann, and the only way that you can buy it is with Nipto-currency. The PRs will be glorious.
If anyone knows PJ personally please pass along my ideas. I have plenty more and my consulting fee is reasonable.
