NTEK's reply to these supposed SEC charges:
"We've seen no information regarding the SEC charging NTEK with any wrong doing. The company has had no communications with the SEC. We have seen these claims, and even if they were true, they do not involve the company and we have no action to take."
I guess try again or just give up and buy back your shorts if you can!!
