"1/11 the Judicary runs out of money." Just heard on NPR. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but unless the Government shutdown ends by close of buisness Friday 1/11, this may affect the DC U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit schedule delaying our oral arguements. Please don't shoot this messenger! Thanks.
