Good point(s) Micro. I learned along time ago to not spend much time on a visual computer program's first sample. There is always something about the client seeing the visual that gets their creative motors running. I can think I have the best possible website, or graphics or presentation but every single time, mostly, the job got recreated! They can't put it in words until they see something.

most people dont have anything to offer or wont offer any advice until you have completed the project- and then they have advice coming out of their ears-and so you become subject to committee.
my best friend spent 18 months redesigning a website for an org i was pres of-after i was gone-bc the board kept changing design and content ideas-figure out why that would be
choosing wording and content in a world of many. 'i'll get u and kill u' special self seeking interest groups is not always easy and sometimes requires multi-levels of communication w various groups,and consent by board and legal
there can be many reasons for delays-all i can do is provide experience and possible reasons
last reported on this issue all officers and board had independent jobs
updating website sounds like a total revision-if so there are several departments involved- e.g., are they going to provide financials on the website as the next best thing to the costs of upgrading on otc-if so financials need to be extracted from the tax records most likely to conform w past reporting of financials on the website-this requires the time of whoever oversees the accounting
maybe their new secret big pharma partner,with 500page nda in hand -written by big pharma,objected to nnlx's revision plan or the portion that the new partner felt might provide big pharma competitors notice of the secret big pharma companies involvement
if so, what is nnlx suppose to do? -they cant put out a PR release or other notice explaining the delay,saying -well, sorry about the timeline indicated but our new study partner has objected to some things in our planned notice /revisions so we are having to deal w that issue,a situation we have faced w several past big pharma partners
these are but two examples of many possible mr murphy delay situations-every company i've seen has fallen into these traps
whats the answer-after a while u get tempted as an org to not provide any info as it gets picked over by mon morning quarterbacks
thats what bashers want, so they can completely make up thier own scenarios unhindered by any communication from the company
re the taxation issue w the state of ohio which is apparently reported as closed-so its moot
state revenue departments are insane and make a lot of mistakes -again this question has previously been answered
e.g., a state revenue dept got the idea i had a home business - i explained many times i did not but they were too dumb to ever understand so i had to go thru their forms to close a non-existing business several times-
so a mere caption of state taxation dept of ohio vs nnlx means very little-and anyway has apparently been resolved
