Driving on PA Interstate and signs say "U Drive...U Text...U Pay". Simple but not sure how effective. Kinda reminds me of when gov't came to AT&T and VZ and said we have a problem with texting & driving. The response was the "It Can Wait" program on TV that the telecoms paid for and was totally ineffective.
Texting and driving can not be optional. BTW, I should have said riding through PA as I am not driving. Above my pay grade. Go HEXA
