What a circus. This is set up to move a few ticks and then the previous buyers become sellers with hopes of the share price dropping to accumulate more shares. I’d like to see Steve watch the price action and momentum and release a string of PR’s with substance to see this ticker correct in share price. I keep it at that. Go ONCI
