No it's not. Usually, the company hold treasury shares that can be sold, but are not in the float and don't participate in any dividends. However in this case, those shares were already outstanding as shares, warrants and convertible securities, therefore they participated in the share dividend. However the big 4 pledged them to the company to be used to fund our future without diluting existing shareholders because there are already existing shares. They will probably be sold to an institutional investor and Generex will get the money to fund plans, without issuing debt, which would be a negative to shareholders. This is a GREAT thing Orlando.
