That's a great point about competition and I have been through similar situation the company I work for where customer would not like to work with you since you aquired one of their competitors.
I think 500k-5Bn is a good range but the sweet spot for nFusz would be between 2-5 Bn. and we may have multiple offers, IMO. 500k is way too less for getting aquired, I mean we were at around 500k when the stock price shot up in April'18.
The reason I love FB is since they see the real value in startups before the big revenue kicks in and market realizes, see Oculus, Instagram, What'sapp aquisitions and they are all similar.
