My guess is that it’s the SEC due to a reverse merger or merger with MRMD these deals are more complicated and detailed and with SEC somewhat hamstringed might be the reason for delay ..it was just UNVC going alone on filings that would be a more simpler OTC/TA update which could of been done months ago .. now with said filings are still being processed by SEC/companies but slower pace.. we shall see
